JTC has installed a site at Tanjong Penjuru up for tender on June 28. It is the last of the 3 sites on the first fifty percent of 2022 verified Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) listing to be released.
Found in the Jurong Emerald of Katong West industrial district, the 30-year leasehold Tanjong Penjuru story has a site area of 94,722 sq ft and also an allowable gross plot ratio of 2.5. The optimum building height is 62m Singapore elevation datum (SHD). The SHD was introduced in 2015 as an elevation dimension referral and is secured to Singapore’s historical mean sea level.
The website is zoned for organization 2 (commercial) use under the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Plan of attack, permitting heavy industrial usage such as basic sector, production, repair work and servicing as well as the storage space of chemicals, says URA.
